Workout Week 6.29.09

I tried out a new class. It is called Barre3 and it is completely amazing. It is a combination of pilates, yoga, & ballet. It really stretched out my muscles nicely and made my runs feel better as well. Thanks Emily for introducing me to this fabulous class!
