Workout Week 6.22.09

I am finally getting a good routine down with my exercising, weights, and classes! I am trying to get in fantastic shape for my wedding coming up. I have been exercising a lot with friends and Darren, which always makes the routine a little easier. I am seeing great results and this always makes me feel great!
