Ran 4 miles on treadmill
200 sit ups
100 push ups
lunges
Thursday:
Ran 5 miles
Friday:
4 miles on high intensity elliptical
30 min weights
Saturday:
3 miles on treadmill
30 min weights (upper body)

Shamrock run is coming up in March and it is time to up the miles. It has been hard with the cold weather this winter, but I hope to be kicking it into high gear. Treadmill running has never been my cup of tea, I def prefer a good outdoors run by the water or a hike. Looking forward to many more workouts.
